Tata Technologies acquires ES-Tec Group to enhance automotive engineering capabilities
The €75 million acquisition strengthens Tata Technologies' presence in Germany, boosting ER&D capabilities and offering cross-selling opportunities
Tata Technologies (TTL), a global product engineering and digital services company, has announced its acquisition of ES-Tec Group, based in Wolfsburg, Germany. This acquisition is valued at €75 million, to be distributed over two years, inclusive of performance-based earn-outs. The deal is expected to be EPS accretive starting from the first year of operations. ES-Tec Group, founded in 2006, is recognized for its premium automotive engineering services, particularly in areas such as Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Connected Driving, and Digital Engineering.
