The partnership seeks to establish a sustainable, compliant supply chain for battery recycling and production in Europe

Ascend Elements, a US-based company specializing in engineered battery materials, and GEM Co. Ltd., a Chinese company known for its work in battery materials and recycling, have announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore collaboration on lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery recycling and materials production in Europe.
