Sweden grants approval to Lyten to acquire Northvolt’s assets
Lyten will finalize the Northvolt acquisition by October, with separate talks ongoing for the Heide plant
Mikael Kubu, the insolvency administrator in Sweden, confirmed that all necessary approvals for the takeover of Swedish battery manufacturer Northvolt by US battery technology company Lyten have been granted.
