Toray sells complete stake in LG Toray Hungary to LG Chem
Toray plans to continue producing battery separator film products post-divestment from the Hungary-based JV
Toray Industries Inc., based in Tokyo, announced its decision to sell the remainder of its stake in the joint venture LG Toray Hungary Battery Separator Kft. to LG Chem Ltd. for approximately ¥30 billion (approximately $202.5 million).
