This acquisition marks shipping magnet Ren Yuanlin's entry into the lithium battery anode material and polarizer film sectors
Shanshan Co. Ltd., a mainland China-based supplier of lithium battery anode materials, has agreed to be acquired by a consortium led by shipping magnate Ren Yuanlin and the founder of Jiangsu Xinyangzi Trading, Yicai Global reported Oct. 9.
