The performance statistics, lifespan, warranty and functionalities of the battery sources from both companies meet Huawei's Giant Whale Battery platform standards

Luxeed, the automotive brand jointly developed by Huawei and Chery, plans to switch to higher-cost CATL battery cells for certain models from CALB batteries as the latter is facing capacity constraints, according to a news report published by CnEVPost on Oct. 17.
