Aeva has announced that funds managed by Apollo will invest $100 million in 4.375% Convertible Senior Notes to support the company's commercial growth and increase the adoption of their FMCW 4D LiDAR technology across various applications. According to Aeva's Co-founder and CEO, Soroush Salehian, this investment signifies strong confidence in Aeva's leadership in next-generation sensing technology and comes at a pivotal moment for the industry. The funds will help Aeva expand and scale its existing programs in automotive and other areas.
