Alliance Nickel blames global market conditions for missed deadlines affecting financing and supply deal with Stellantis
Australia's Alliance Nickel announced that carmaker Stellantis will terminate their supply deal for battery-grade nickel and cobalt from the NiWest project, effective December 3. Alliance Nickel cited missed milestone deadlines as the reason for the termination, attributing the delays to challenging conditions in the global nickel market, which have hindered financing opportunities.
