Gabriel India revises JV with Inalfa for sunroof systems business
The Indian supplier has revised the shareholding structure in IGSSPL after its original plan for a 51/49 split was denied by the Indian government
On Nov. 12, Gabriel India Ltd. announced that its board of directors has approved a revised joint venture agreement with Inalfa Roof Systems Group for the sunroof systems business.
