The merger aims to combine wireless charging technologies, enhancing fleet electrification with a scalable platform for global reach

Electreon and InductEV are set to merge their operations once a definitive agreement is signed, with the aim of forming a comprehensive wireless charging solution for various electric vehicle (EV) use cases. By integrating Electreon's dynamic wireless charging and stationary high power technology with InductEV's ultra-fast static systems and charging platform, the combined company intends to support a range of vehicles, including passenger cars, vans, buses, heavy-duty trucks, and autonomous vehicles, thus facilitating fleet electrification.
