Dutch regulator pushes back as Tesla seeks approval for FSD supervised
The Netherlands’ RDW has urged Tesla fans to stop lobbying for the approval of FSD Supervised, stressing that public pressure won’t affect its safety-driven decision, which could come as early as February.
Tesla is seeking authorization to deploy its “FSD Supervised” driver-assistance system in the Netherlands, but Dutch vehicle authority RDW has warned enthusiasts to stop flooding its offices with requests. The regulator said the messages waste time and will not influence the approval process, emphasizing that road safety remains paramount and that the system must convincingly meet national standards.
