Some automakers have voiced strong opposition to the weight-based concessions in the upcoming CAFE III
Earlier in September, the Indian Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) released the revised draft of the Corporate Average Fuel Efficiency (CAFE-III), which will be implemented during the next cycle between April 2027 and March 2032.
