The NHTSA has opened a new probe to evaluate why coil spring detachments continue to occur after the recall repairs were carried out

The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has launched an investigation into the recall of 331,401 Jeep vehicles over improperly installed rear coil springs, Reuters reported.
