SDV readiness requires deep change across technology, culture, process, and business models. Organizational SDV readiness is not just about tools, it’s equally about control. OEMs that own their software platforms, integrate cybersecurity and cloud natively and operate like software companies will lead the SDV era. Those that don’t, risk becoming hardware assemblers with outsourced intelligence.
