Vinfast plans to increase localization to 40% by producing batteries locally, supporting its $2 billion Indian investment
Vietnamese electric-vehicle maker Vinfast is in discussions with several battery manufacturers in India, including Tata-Gotion, to localize battery production for its vehicles.
