Participation from tier 1 suppliers and original equipment manufacturers saw multiple innovations across semiconductor chipsets, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technologies and autonomous vehicles

The first Consumer Electronics Show (CES) kicked off in 1967, with 250 exhibitors and 17,500 attendees in New York City. Since then, CES has grown by more than tenfold and now encompasses both traditional and nontraditional tech industries. CES 2026 was held in Las Vegas from Jan. 6–9, with attendance reportedly reaching 148,000 people.
