Wingtech seeks $8 billion compensation over Nexperia control – report
Wingtech plans to press its claim under an investment treaty following control disputes with Dutch authorities
The Chinese owner of Dutch semiconductor company Nexperia, Wingtech Technology Co., is reportedly seeking $8 billion in compensation if it is unable to gain control of Nexperia, according to a report published by Automotive News on March 3.
