Suzuki plans to enhance and advance Kanadevia's all-solid-state battery technology, known for safety and environmental resilience

Leading Japanese carmaker Suzuki Motor Corp. has entered into a business transfer agreement with Osaka-based Kanadevia Corp. to acquire the latter’s all-solid-state lithium-ion battery business, effective July 1, Suzuki announced March 4.
