Samvardhana Motherson completes acquisition of Yutaka Autoparts India
The acquisition is part of SMIL’s planned acquisition of Yukata Giken, announced in August 2025
On March 16, Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd. (SMIL) announced that it had completed the acquisition of Yutaka Autoparts India Private Ltd. (YAIPL), making YAIPL a wholly owned subsidiary of SMIL.
