The JV will be formed as a private limited company with an initial paid-up capital of 1 million rupees and a total investment of up to 940 million rupees

Bosch Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of Germany-based leading automotive supplier Robert Bosch GmbH, has announced a joint venture with Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd., a major auto parts supplier owned by the Tata Group, to manufacture electric axles and electric traction motors in India.
