BYD has announced plans to invest 300 million Brazilian real (nearly $57.1 million) in establishing a new automotive research and testing center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This initiative is designed to strengthen BYD’s presence in the Brazilian electric vehicle market and support the company’s broader international expansion.
