Toyota recalls 144,200 Lexus vehicles in US over rearview camera issue
The NHTSA reports increased crash risk from faulty rearview cameras in select Lexus models
Toyota is recalling more than 144,200 vehicles in the US due to an issue in which rearview camera images may not display when the vehicle is shifted into reverse.
