A payment dispute between Stellantis ZF Chassis Modules (Windsor) has halted production at Stellantis' Toluca plant in Mexico for over two weeks and is threatening the automaker’s operations in Canada, CBT News reported March 27, citing a lawsuit filed by the Germany-based supplier in Michigan, US.
