Toyota to join Daimler Truck and Volvo Group as equal shareholders in Cellcentric
The partnership aims to develop, produce and commercialize fuel-cell systems for heavy-duty vehicles and other heavy-duty applications
Daimler Truck AG, the Volvo Group, Cellcentric and Toyota Motor Corp. have signed a nonbinding agreement to cooperate in the fuel-cell system joint venture Cellcentric, the three companies said in a joint announcement on March 31.
