Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd.'s subsidiary GFCL EV, an integrated battery materials company, has raised approximately $80 million from a global marquee investor, according to an exchange filing. This fundraising follows an earlier $50 million raise from the International Finance Corp. (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, bringing the total capital raised to $130 million.
