Bosch Ltd. to acquire full stake in Bosch Chassis Systems India for $981 million
The acquisition will be carried out through a share purchase agreement among Bosch Ltd., RBNI, Robert Bosch LLC and RBIC
Bosch Ltd., the Indian arm of global automotive supplier Robert Bosch GmbH, has approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd. for 90.7 billion rupees (about $980.8 million).
