Toyota Boshoku forecasts major quality expenses over global seat recall issues
The Japanese supplier will book about $100.7 million in additional operating costs tied to defects in second-row seat reclining mechanisms in the US and mainland China
Toyota Boshoku Corp. announced that it expects to record quality-related expenses in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025/26, which ended on March 31, 2026.
