US battery recycling company Ascend Elements files for bankruptcy
Linh Austin, Ascend's CEO, announced the decision in a post on LinkedIn, stating that the company faced insurmountable financial challenges
Ascend Elements said on April 10 that it has started Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the US, affecting investors who had invested nearly $900 million in the company.
