The company reaffirms full-year financial guidance, expecting net sales in the range of US$3.6 billion to US$3.8 billion and adjusted EBITDA in the range of US$455 million to US$495 million

Visteon’s net sales increased 2.1% year over year to US$954 million in the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. The US-based company attributed growth in sales to the ramp-up of recent product launches and robust customer demand. Despite higher sales, Visteon reported a 48.4% drop in income before income taxes to US$49 million, mainly due to higher selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses and restructuring costs. Net income also fell by more than half to US$31 million.
