The approvals allow Nuro to expand safety-driver and driverless trials of its Uber and Lucid-backed robo-taxi service across California public roads

Nuro announced that it has secured a California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Drivered Pilot Permit, an important milestone ahead of the launch of its robo-taxi program with Uber and Lucid.
