Philadelphia launches ChargePHL public-private partnership to expand citywide EV charging network
The ChargePHL program will add over 800 Level 2 and fast chargers across underserved neighborhoods, aiming to improve air quality and support broader EV adoption
On April 30, Councilmember Driscoll introduced legislation on behalf of Council President Kenyatta Johnson to authorize the Office of Transportation and Infrastructure Systems' (OTIS) new program, ChargePHL, with a City Council vote expected later in June.
