Fraunhofer Institute's RoB@t2Cell research project, which began active collaboration earlier this year, is developing automated solutions for the safe disassembly and targeted discharge of battery cells for recycling and reuse, with the aim of establishing a sustainable circular economy for the German and European battery industry.
