Einride and EASE Logistics deploy Level 4 autonomous electric trucks in Ohio logistics pilot
Proof-of-concept operations on EASE property and local roads will study safety, efficiency and operational impacts within the Truck Automation Corridor Project expansion
Einride and EASE Logistics announced the deployment of SAE Level 4 Einride autonomous trucks into proof-of-concept service between EASE Logistics warehouses in Marysville, Ohio. This deployment extends the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and DriveOhio's Truck Automation Corridor Project, in partnership with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), and is intended to evaluate the impact of autonomous technology on operations, safety, and freight efficiency.
