The deal values ProLogium at about $3.8 billion and aims to finance next-generation solid-state battery production and a new French gigafactory

ProLogium Holding Inc. and Translational Development Acquisition Corp. (TDAC), a special purpose acquisition company listed on Nasdaq, announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination that would result in ProLogium becoming a publicly listed company.
