Easee gains new majority owner to support global smart charging growth
Brødrene Jensen has acquired all Easee shares with AWC financing, giving the EV charging company focused ownership and resources for European and energy ecosystem expansion
In a press release dated May 29, 2026, Easee announced that Brødrene Jensen has taken full ownership of Easee in a deal that aims to give the EV charging company a more focused ownership structure and fresh momentum for expansion. AWC financed the transaction, and once the necessary regulatory approvals are in place, it will become the majority owner of the business.
