RSB Transmissions acquires Setco Auto Systems to expand clutch systems portfolio
Setco Automotive has agreed to sell its subsidiary, Setco Auto Systems, to RSB Transmissions through a multi-stage transaction in March 2026
RSB Transmissions, an India-based supplier backed by Bain Capital, has acquired a controlling stake in another local supplier, Setco Auto Systems Private Limited (SASPL), from Setco Automotive Limited. SASPL produces clutch systems and aftermarket drivetrain solutions for medium and heavy commercial vehicles (MHCVs).
