NXP Semiconductors (NXP) has introduced the SAF8444 automotive radar system-on-chip, built on its 28-nanometer RFCMOS one-chip architecture, as it targets wider use of advanced driver assistance capabilities in mainstream and entry-level vehicles where cost and system complexity have limited adoption.
