The June 16, 2026, MoU covers ultra-fast charging, cloud-charger synergistic scheduling, solar-storage-charging solutions, megawatt charging and AI-driven smart O&M technologies

Shell Recharge and Sinexcel signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on June 16, 2026, and opened the Shell Recharge–Sinexcel Joint Laboratory in Shenzhen to work on next-generation EV charging technologies and sustainable energy solutions. The collaboration will focus on five technical areas as the EV charging sector seeks higher efficiency and more intelligent functions.
