German battery output rises 11% to record €8.1 billion in 2025
Mainland China remained Germany’s main battery import supplier at about €11 billion
German battery output was valued at a record €8.1 billion in 2025, rising 11% after hitting a low in 2024, industry association ZVEI reported on June 16.
