Uber, Nuro, Lucid plan Houston robo-taxi rollout by 2027

Uber, Nuro and Lucid have selected Houston as the second launch market for their joint robo-taxi program, with services targeted to begin in mid-2027 after an initial rollout in the San Francisco Bay Area later in 2026.
