Stellantis and Nissan in talks to acquire select assets of Marelli – report
Stellantis is considering Marelli’s suspension operations in Italy and other countries, while Nissan is assessing cockpit assets in Japan
Stellantis and Nissan are in discussions to acquire select assets from struggling auto parts supplier Marelli Holdings, as efforts intensify to stabilize the company following its recent bankruptcy filing, Reuters said, according to a report by Bloomberg News.
