Honda delays plan to make Astemo a consolidated subsidiary by six months
The automaker now expects to complete the transaction before the end of the third quarter of fiscal year 2026/27 instead of during the first quarter
Honda Motor has extended the timeline for making automotive supplier Astemo Ltd. a consolidated subsidiary, citing delays in securing regulatory approvals in several countries.
