InstaVolt to acquire GeniePoint, expand footprint across more than 1,000 sites in the UK
InstaVolt has agreed to acquire EV charging network GeniePoint from Equans, a deal that will expand its footprint to more than 1,200 locations across the UK.
UK EV charging operator InstaVolt has agreed to acquire the 228-site GeniePoint charging network from Equans, extending its lead in the country's fast-growing public EV charging market.
