Rane (Madras) signs deal to acquire Hindustan Composites’ Friction business
The business being acquired operates two manufacturing plants in Maharashtra and has more than 60 years of manufacturing experience
Rane (Madras) Ltd. will acquire Hindustan Composites Ltd.'s Friction business for an enterprise value of 3.7 billion rupees (nearly $38.9 million), Autocar Professional reported June 30.
