Infineon completes acquisition of ams OSRAM sensor portfolio
The non-optical analog/mixed-signal sensor business is expected to generate around €230 million in 2026, with around 230 employees joining Infineon
Infineon Technologies has completed its acquisition of the non-optical analog and mixed-signal sensor business from ams OSRAM following receipt of all required regulatory approvals. The acquisition strengthens Infineon’s sensor portfolio for automotive and industrial applications while expanding its presence in medical technologies.
