ZF wins India orders for battery, tire and e-axle testing systems
The first orders from the agencies come as India tightens certification requirements for EV batteries, tires and e-mobility powertrains
ZF has secured three orders from independent automotive testing agencies in India for battery, tire and e-axle testing systems. The Germany-based company received these orders for the first time from three independent automotive testing agencies in India operating under the National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project (NATRIP), the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, and the central government. ZF said its work aligns with local-content priorities under the government's "Make in India" initiative.
