The greenfield facility, developed through its Tachi-S joint venture, is expected to begin commercial operations by the fourth quarter of fiscal 2028

The board of directors of Uno Minda Ltd. has approved the management’s plan to invest 3.2 billion rupees (about $33.6 million) in a manufacturing plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in Maharashtra, India, to produce seats for passenger vehicles.
