Saudi Arabia’s electric vehicle ambitions received a boost after CEER, the kingdom’s first domestic EV brand, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Austria-based engineering company AVL List GmbH to expand cooperation across vehicle development and manufacturing.
