Infineon supplies SiC components to ADVANTICS for liquid-cooled power converters
The platform uses scalable 100-kW modules, supports bidirectional operation up to 1,500 V and reaches peak efficiency of up to 98.5%
Infineon Technologies will supply its CoolSiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) 1,200 V and EiceDRIVER 2EDB9259Y gate drivers to Advantics for a new line of liquid-cooled power converters.
