LG Energy Solution (LGES) is adding new cylindrical battery production lines at its Nanjing manufacturing complex in mainland China to meet growing demand from Tesla, industry sources said, as the South Korean battery-maker ramps up capacity amid strong sales of the US automaker's vehicles.
